Carefully inspect the product(s) before signing the driver's delivery note. Should any damage be found after signing for the products due to the item being concealed (i.e. not obvious due to packaging) you must notify HELIX TAPWARE within 24 hours of delivery.

We strongly recommend using a registered plumber to install our products to maintain warranty coverage.
If you have 'mains or high pressure' cold water, mixed with 'low pressure' hot water, our range will still work. Get your plumber to instal a flow restrictor (usually only around $5)
Generally your plumber can use the flow restrictor to even the pressure of the cold water flow to the tap and it will perform.
